  • Cabinets cleaned inside and out.
  • All shelving vacuumed, dusted and cleaned of smudges.
  • Drawers vacuumed and dusted. Vacuum under bottom drawers and shelves.
  • Doors cleaned front and back, tops and sides.
  • Tops of cabinets vacuumed and dusted.
  • Glass cleaned
  • Counter tops and edges cleaned.
  • Sinks and faucets cleaned of excess caulking, adhesives and other debris.
  • Appliances cleaned in and out (of construction debris).
  • Floors under appliances dusted if appropriate.

Bathrooms

  • Cabinets cleaned inside and out.
  • All shelving vacuumed, dusted and cleaned of smudges.
  • Drawers vacuumed and dusted. Vacuum under bottom drawers and shelves.
  • Doors cleaned front and back, tops and sides.
  • Tops of cabinets vacuumed and dusted.
  • Sinks, faucets, tubs and showers cleaned of excess adhesives and other debris.
  • Toilets Cleaned
  • Mirrors, shower doors and other glass cleaned.
  • Stickers removed from toilets, tubs and sinks.

General includes all rooms

  • Walls cleaned of dust, dirt, scuffs and any hand/finger smudges.
  • Clean ceilings dusted and cobwebs removed as needed.
  • Clean trim; baseboards, window and door frames, handrails, mantels and other woodwork.
  • Clean doors cleaned front, back, sides and top.
  • Hinges cleaned of paint, mud, etc.
  • Carpet vacuumed (main areas and edges).
  • Floors, tile, wood, marble etc. cleaned appropriately. (buffing, waxing, sealing not Incl).
  • Windows; adhesives and over-spray removed.
  • Glass, tracks and frames cleaned.
  • Light fixtures/ceiling fans and bulbs cleaned (not just dusted).
  • Electrical switches and outlets cleaned.
  • Floor vents removed and ducts vacuumed as deep as possible (up to 3′).
  • Closet shelving, drawers and rods vacuumed and dusted.
  • Built in cabinets cleaned. Also, drawers removed and cleaned underneath.

Laundry

  • Cabinets cleaned inside and out.
  • All shelving vacuumed, dusted and cleaned of smudges.
  • Drawers vacuumed and dusted. Vacuum under bottom drawers and shelves.
  • Doors cleaned front and back, tops and sides.
  • Tops of cabinets vacuumed and dusted.
  • Appliances cleaned in and out.
  • Floors under appliances dusted if appropriate.

Entry and Other Exterior Doors

  • Exterior of doors cleaned.
  • Main entry, porch and garage entry vacuumed & dusted.
  • Thresholds cleaned.
  • Exterior lights cleaned & stickers removed

Garage, Utility and Other Unfinished Areas

  • Floors vacuumed or swept as needed.
  • Unfinished areas; floors and framing vacuumed, ceilings de-cobwebbed
  • Furnace, water heaters and other utilities wiped clean.
